One sleeve gives you two therapy modes:

For COLD therapy: place the entire sleeve in the refrigerator for approximately 2 to 3 hours, then slip it over your knee.

For WARM therapy: place the sleeve in a 700W microwave at medium power for approximately 45 seconds, check that the temperature feels comfortably warm, then slip it over your knee.

Use cold when soreness or swelling shows up after walking, exercise, errands, or a demanding day.

Choose warmth when stiffness or tightness is what bothers you most, especially before gentle movement.

The contoured gel construction keeps temperature therapy close around the knee while you rest, making recovery easier without loose ice, separate gel packs, or complicated equipment.
